Create passwords with required fields
Share passwords with the whole team or specific people
Keep new passwords private by default
Search saved passwords
Edit details, notes, and sharing, then save changes
Delete passwords permanently
Navigate to the Team section in the left-hand menu.
Click Password List (the fifth item under Team).
Click the green Create New Password button.
Complete the password form with the required information.
Note: Any field marked with an asterisk (
*) must be completed to save the password.
Use Select People to Share It With to choose who should have access.
You can select specific users from the list.
Newly created passwords are set to Private by default.
To make a password visible to others, you must either:
Share it with the entire team, or
Share it with specific people.
All saved passwords appear in a list on the left-hand side.
Use the search bar to quickly find a specific account or password.
Password and notes values are encrypted at rest, they are never stored or transmitted as plain text.
The password field starts masked when you open an entry, even if you have access to it.
Click the eye icon to reveal the actual password value. Each reveal is recorded in an audit log, including who viewed it, when, and from where.
Typing a new value into the password field replaces the stored one once you save.
Click on any password to view or update its details. You can:
Edit previously entered information.
Add or update notes.
Adjust sharing settings:
Share with the whole team
Share with specific people
Note: Only the person who created a password entry can change its sharing settings (private, shared with team, or shared with specific people) or delete it. Teammates a password has been shared with can still view it and edit its other details, such as the title or notes.
After making updates, click Save Changes.
The system displays the last updated date and time for the password.
Click the red Delete Password button.
This action permanently removes the password from the system.
Only the owner of a password entry can delete it.
Maria can show a masked chip for matching Password List entries directly in chat. Click Show under her reply to reveal the value. You need access to that entry. Every reveal uses the same access checks and audit logging as the Password List page.
The password value never appears in the chat text or chat history.
You can also open the entry from Team → Password List.
Works on web and mobile.
You can view a saved password directly from a My AI reply.
Ask My AI for a saved login, WiFi, or access code. When it finds a match in your Password List, it shows a secure reveal chip under its reply.
Click Show on the chip to reveal the value. The value never appears in the chat text.
Reveals use the same access checks and audit log as opening the entry in the Password List.
The revealed value auto-hides after 30 seconds.
