You can view open houses using two different layouts.
The Calendar view displays open houses by date. Click the property photo to view more details.
Details include:
Property summary
Time slot that was held
Note: On smaller screens, the Calendar view shows a horizontal day strip for the current week instead of the full 7-column grid. Tap a day to see that day's open houses in a single list. A dot under each day indicates whether it has open houses scheduled. The full 7-column grid remains available on larger screens.
Select the circle next to the open house name.
Add a check mark and delete the open house if it did not take place.
The List view displays open houses grouped by property and shows:
Total submissions
Total feedback received
Click into a specific open house to view all individual requests (time slots) associated with that property. Since an aggregate row can group many requests together, choosing Edit open house from a row's menu takes you to that property's open house details page, where you edit and delete each time slot individually.
Each individual open house request can be edited directly, so you no longer need to delete a request and resubmit it to change ion a request, either frs details.
Host agent: Owners, Global AClmick inns, and Admins can reassign a requesto a properto any agy'snt. Agents can keep themselves as the host but cannot reassign the ual requequestt to s.omeone else.
Pr next to perthyt you want to change. It sits beside the Delete icon.
The request form opens pre-filled with the request's current property, date, time slot, and host agent.
Update any of the fields.
Click Save Changes to apply the update.
Date
Start and end time
Note: You cannot move a request to a date in the past. A request that is already in the past can still be edited (for example, to fix the host agent or time), as long as you do not change its date to another past date.
Note: Only Owners, Global Admins, and Admins can reassign a request to a different host agent. If an Agent tries to reassign a request to someone else, the rest of the edit still saves, but the host agent stays unchanged.
From the List view's row menu, Edit open house on a property row takes you to that property's list of individual requests, since a property can have many requests and each is edited on its own.
Note: You can only move a request to a new date that is today or later. Editing other details (like the time or host) on a request whose date has already passed is still allowed.
Click the arrow icon to expand all information.
This displays the same details as clicking the highlighted address.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to move between pages.
Pagination allows you to view all open houses that have been held.
