The Archived/Cancelled Listings view is where you manage properties that are no longer active. It organizes inactive listings into three categories: Expired, Archived, and Cancelled, so you can track history, relist properties, or keep records for reference.
Listings whose agreement expiration date has passed. When the expiration date passes, the system automatically moves the listing here from the Active view, with no manual action required.
Displays: Property address with agent photo, listing number (e.g., #490, #411), agent name, an "Expired" status badge, and two action buttons per listing.
Actions:
Tip: Review expired listings regularly, contact clients about renewal options, and use Relist for renewed agreements (updating the expiration date and any other details).
Listings that have been manually archived, typically sold or completed properties.
Displays: Property address and details, archived status, original listing information, date archived (if available), and a View action button.
When listings appear here: An agent manually archives the listing, it's marked as sold, a transaction is completed, or it's moved administratively. Use this tab to review historical property data, reference past transactions, look up sold property details, and maintain records for reporting.
Listings whose agreement was withdrawn or cancelled before completion.
Displays: Property information, cancelled status, original listing details, cancellation reason (if recorded), and a View action button.
When listings appear here: A client withdraws the agreement, an agent marks the listing cancelled, both parties agree to terminate, or the owner removes the property from the market. Use this tab to review cancellation patterns, keep records of withdrawn properties, and reference for client communication.
Search is tab-specific (it only searches the current tab), so switch tabs if you can't find a listing. Try partial addresses for broader results and check spelling if nothing appears.
Best practice when relisting: Always update the expiration date, confirm pricing is still accurate, refresh photos, update any changed property features, verify client contact information, and document the renewal.
More rows means less pagination; fewer rows means faster loading. The setting persists during your session.
Click Back to Listings at the top right to return to the main Active Listings view. Your search and sort settings reset, and your last viewed page position is lost.
Can't find a listing you know expired: Check all three tabs, use search, and verify the expiration date was actually reached and the listing wasn't deleted. Contact your admin if it's still missing.
Relist button not working: Confirm you have permission to create listings and check for pending status issues on the property. Refresh and try again; clear your cache or try another browser. Contact support if it persists.
Listings in the wrong tab: Verify the status and expiration date are correct and that it wasn't manually moved. Contact your admin to correct the status, which may need a manual update.
View button not responding: Check your internet connection and that the listing data exists, then refresh. Clear cache or try another browser; contact support if it continues.
Search not finding listings: Confirm you're on the correct tab, try a partial address instead of the full one, and verify the listing exists in this view. Clear the search and browse manually if needed.
Can't go back to active listings: Use the browser back button, click the MyOps logo to reach the dashboard, or navigate via the sidebar to Listings again. Refresh or clear cache if the button isn't responding.
How long do listings stay in the Expired tab?: Indefinitely, until you relist them or manually move them to Archived.
What's the difference between Archived and Cancelled?: Archived listings are typically sold or successfully completed. Cancelled listings are agreements withdrawn before completion.
Can I restore a cancelled listing?: Use the View button to see details, then manually recreate it as a new active listing. Check with support about restoration features. (Cancelled listings have no Relist button because they require more attention before relisting.)
Do archived listings count toward my active listing count?: No. Only listings in the Active Listings view count as current.
Can I delete archived listings?: Deletion depends on permissions. Contact your admin about permanently removing archived listings.
When I relist, does it create a new listing or modify the old one?: Relisting creates a new active listing with a new listing ID and preserves the expired one in history. The relist process opens an editable form so you can make changes before creating the new listing.
How do I move a sold listing from Expired to Archived?: Look for a status change option when viewing the listing, or contact support about the proper workflow.
Can I move a listing from Cancelled back to Active?: You'll likely need to create a new listing. Use the View button to reference the cancelled listing's data.
Are there reports I can run on archived listings?: Check with your admin about reporting features for historical listing data.
Can I see who archived or cancelled a listing?: This depends on your system's audit trail. Check the full listing details for change history.
