If your business is at its seat limit, the Add Team Member button is disabled and shows how many users your plan supports.
To add another team member past the limit, either remove an existing user or upgrade your plan from Settings > Financial > Billing.

Go to Settings and open Reminders (under the Notifications section).
Find Overdue task reminders.
Turn the toggle on or off. The change applies to all tasks in your business.
Reminders are sent when a task becomes overdue at 1, 3, and 7 days past the due date.
Recipients include the assignee and, when available, the task creator.
Each checkpoint is sent once per task. Duplicate reminders for the same checkpoint are suppressed.
Owners, Global Admins, and Admins control how deals count toward each agent's unit total on the Agent Leaderboard and the Units Sold card.
A deal where an agent represents only one side (a listing or a buyer side) counts as 1 unit. A deal where the same agent represents both sides counts as 2 units.
Only the formal co-listing field on a deal ever splits a unit between two agents. Splitting commission through sales allocations never changes unit counts: whichever agent is tagged as the deal's lead keeps the full unit no matter how the money is divided.
Go to Settings > Leaderboard and find Split units on co-listed deals.
On (default): the lead agent and the co-listing agent each get half a unit.
Off: the lead agent keeps the full unit and the co-listing agent gets 0.
This setting applies to everyone in your business and keeps the Agent Leaderboard and the Units Sold card in sync, so both always show the same number for the same agent.
Owners, Global Admins, and Admins can control whether a co-listed deal splits unit credit between the lead agent and the co-listing agent. This setting applies to the Agent Leaderboard's Total Sales and the dashboard's Units Sold card, for everyone in the business.
Go to Settings and open the Leaderboard settings page.
Turn Split units on co-listed deals on or off.
On (default): the lead agent and the co-listing agent each get half a unit for a co-listed deal.
Off: the lead agent keeps the full unit for the deal and the co-listing agent gets 0.
This setting only changes unit credit. Sales volume and commission always follow whatever allocation or co-listing percentage is set up on the deal, no matter which mode is active.
