Uses Plaid integration.
Syncs expenses into:
Finance sections under listings

To connect an account:
Click Connect Account.
Complete the Plaid pop-up prompts.
Click the blue Sync Accounts button.
Important: Accounts will not sync unless Sync Accounts is clicked.
If a bank connection has more than one account attached (for example, checking and savings from the same login), disconnecting a single account only removes that account. The other accounts on the same bank connection keep syncing normally.
The full bank connection is only removed from Plaid when you disconnect the last remaining active account tied to it.
Once you disconnect an account, it will not automatically reconnect itself, even if you later re-authenticate that bank login from another account on the same connection.
Clicking Sync Accounts now surfaces an error message for any bank connection that fails to sync, instead of silently skipping it.
If a bank connection no longer exists at Plaid (for example, it was removed or access was revoked), it is automatically marked as disconnected and will stop showing as connected in MyOps.
If you see a message that a connection "no longer exists at Plaid," reconnect that bank from the Connect Finances section to resume expense syncing.

Missing Commission Allocations (Owners, Global Admins, and Admins only)
Deals with no commission allocation set (owners and admins only, see below)
Toggle notifications on or off based on preference.
Owners, Global Admins, and Admins get a Missing Commission Allocations notification, on by default, whenever a pending or closed deal has gone at least 3 days without a commission allocation. An unallocated deal reports $0 in Pending Team Income and, once closed, $0 in Agent Earnings, so this nudge points you straight to the deal that needs it.
MyOps checks once a day and sends one notification per deal, not a repeat every day.
Closed deals are only flagged for the current year; older closed deals are left alone.
Clicking the notification opens the contract's edit view so you can enter the allocation right away.
Saving a commission allocation on the deal clears the flag. If the allocation is later removed, the deal can be flagged again.
Turn this notification off from the same Notifications settings as any other notification type if you don't want it.
Owners and admins can get notified about deals that are sitting with no commission allocation set. Until an allocation is added, a deal contributes $0 to Pending Team Income and, once it closes, $0 to Agent Earnings, so this alert catches deals that would otherwise silently under-report.
Sent once per deal, not repeatedly, so your notification bell doesn't fill up with the same deal every day.
A deal only triggers the alert after it has been under contract for at least 3 days, giving new deals time to get an allocation entered.
Closed deals only trigger the alert within the current year; pending deals can trigger it regardless of age.
Clicking the notification opens the deal's contract directly on the commission allocation section so you can fix it in one step.
Adding the allocation clears the alert. If the allocation is later removed, the deal can trigger the alert again.
On by default for owners and admins. Turn it off from Settings > Financial > Notifications, under "Missing Commission Allocations".
A deal without a commission allocation counts as $0 toward Pending Team Income and Agent Earnings until someone fills in the allocation. MyOps checks for these deals and reminds Owners, Global Admins, and Admins so the gap doesn't sit unnoticed.
In-app: each affected deal gets its own bell notification, and clicking it opens the contract with the commission allocation section ready to edit.
Email: instead of one email per deal, recipients get a single daily digest email listing every deal that still needs an allocation. A digest with one deal links straight to that contract; a digest with several deals links to the dashboard.
Each deal is nudged at most once every two weeks, and filling in its allocation stops further reminders for that deal. Email reminders follow your own email notification setting; turning that off stops the digest without affecting the in-app bell.
A deal without a commission allocation contributes $0 to Pending Team Income, and later to Agent Earnings, until someone fills in the allocation. MyOps watches for these deals and nudges Owners and Admins until the allocation is added.
Each affected deal gets its own in-app bell notification, linking straight to that contract with the edit view open on the commission allocation section.
Owners and Admins also get one daily digest email that lists every deal still missing its allocation: address, deal status, and purchase price, each linking to its contract.
A deal gets at most one reminder every two weeks. Adding the allocation stops further reminders for that deal.
The email digest respects each recipient's own email notification setting; turning off email notifications stops the digest without affecting the in-app bell.
The Reminders page (found in Settings under the Notifications section) controls the business-wide master switch for overdue task reminders.
When enabled, MyOps automatically notifies a task's assignee and creator when the task becomes 1, 3, and 7 days overdue.
This is a per-business setting, on by default, and only Owners, Global Admins, and Admins can change it.
Turning it off stops all overdue reminders for tasks in your business; each recipient's own email notification preference still controls whether they also receive an email in addition to the in-app notification.
