The My AI page gives you access to the full MyOps AI chatbot for AI-powered assistance. This guide covers interacting with the AI by typing or dictating, submitting a message, using chat history, starting a new chat, and asking questions about your stored documents.
Type or dictate your message to the AI
Submit messages with a click or a keypress
View, reopen, and search past conversations from chat history
Start a fresh conversation at any time
Ask the AI to read and summarize the contents of stored documents
Ask the AI questions about the contents of a stored document, not just where to find it
You can communicate with the AI in two ways:
Type your message into the text input field.
Dictate your message by clicking the microphone icon.
To send your message, either:
Click the arrow icon, or
Press Return on your keyboard.
On the far right-hand side of the screen you will find your chat history, which lets you:
View and reopen past conversations.
Search through previous chats.
Tip: Use chat history to pick up a past conversation instead of starting over.
To begin a new conversation at any time, click the green + New Chat button.
My AI can read the text inside a stored document and answer questions about what it says, instead of only handing you a link. Ask something like:
"What does the contract say about closing costs for 123 Main St?"
"Summarize the inspection report for this listing."
"What's the purchase price in the contract?"
"What did the appraisal come in at?"
Give the AI the property address and the document you mean (for example "the inspection report" or "the purchase contract"). It searches that property's listing and contract files, quotes the exact values it finds, and includes a link to the source document.
Supported file types are PDF, DOCX, and TXT. Scanned or image-only PDFs are read through OCR and AI transcription automatically, so it's worth asking about those too. Standalone image files like JPG or PNG can't be read this way; ask for the link instead.
If a document is too large, unsupported, or can't be matched to your request, My AI explains why and gives you the link so you can open it yourself.
My AI can open a stored document and read what is actually written inside it, then answer your question with the exact value quoted, plus a link to the document.
Ask about the contents directly instead of just asking for the file. For example:
"What's the purchase price in the contract for 123 Main St?"
"Summarize the inspection report for 456 Oak Ave"
"What did the appraisal come in at?"
"Are pets allowed per the HOA rules?"
If you just want the file itself, ask the AI to send or pull it and it will reply with a download link instead.
My AI reads PDF, DOCX, and TXT files. Scanned or photographed PDFs are read automatically too, since the AI runs OCR and, if needed, AI-based transcription to recover the text. Very long documents are read in full for the search, but only the beginning and end are quoted back if the whole text would not fit in a reply; the AI will tell you when that happens and point you to the download link for the complete document. Standalone image files (like JPG or PNG photos) cannot be read for text content.
