MyOps can be added to Claude, ChatGPT or Grok as a connector. Once connected, you ask your own assistant questions like "Who are our top producers this year?" or "What do we have under contract right now?" and it answers from your team's MyOps data. The connection is read-only: nothing in MyOps can be created, changed or deleted through it.
Top producers and each team member's closed units, volume and average sale price
Deals that closed in a period, with the period's volume
Deals under contract right now and the total pending volume
Listings on the market and the total list volume
Listings taken in a period, the same figure as the Finances dashboard
Team income and expenses for a period (owners)
The highest sale in a period
The average list-to-sale ratio, the same rule as the Finances dashboard
The contract on a property address: dates, price, side represented, client and agent
The documents filed on a property and its deals, and what one of them says
Amounts are in US dollars. Questions like "this year" or "last month" use today's date.
Ask what is filed on a property, or ask what a contract says about something in it, and your assistant answers from the document's text.
Documents come back as text, never as a file or a download link. That is deliberate: a download link would keep working for anyone who had it, long after the conversation ended, and outside anything MyOps could stop.
Which documents you can read follows the same rule as My AI inside MyOps: owners and admins read any document on the team, and an agent reads the documents on their own deals. If you ask for one that is on someone else's deal, the assistant tells you so rather than pretending it does not exist.
A scanned document with no readable text is transcribed first, which takes longer than an ordinary PDF.
Notes, contacts and tasks are not available through a connector. They stay in the MyOps app, where My AI can read them for you. A connector also cannot add or edit anything; make changes in MyOps.
The connector follows your MyOps role, so it never shows you more than the app does.
Owners and global admins see everything: team production, team income and expenses, and any document on the team.
Admins see team production and sales, but not team income or expenses.
Agents see the team's production and their own commission and expenses. A teammate's pending deal shows without its price until it closes, and documents are limited to the deals they are on.
In Claude, open Settings > Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
Name it MyOps and enter https://mcp.myops.ai/mcp.
Sign in with your MyOps email and password, choose the team to connect, and click Allow.
Claude asks for one team per connection. If you belong to several teams, connect again later to switch; the earlier connection stops.
In ChatGPT, open Settings > Connectors (or Apps) and add a custom connector.
Enter https://mcp.myops.ai/mcp.
Sign in with your MyOps email and password, choose the team, and click Allow.
Go to grok.com > Connectors, click New Connector, then Custom.
Enter https://mcp.myops.ai/mcp and complete the MyOps sign-in.
Grok's connector setup is currently unreliable and can fail before the MyOps sign-in appears. We are looking into it with xAI. If it does not connect, please let support know and use Claude or ChatGPT in the meantime.
You can end a connection from either side.
From your assistant: remove the MyOps connector in its connector settings. The assistant discards its sign-in and stops asking MyOps anything.
From MyOps: open Settings > Assistants. Every assistant connected to your team is listed with when it connected and when it last asked something, and Disconnect ends one immediately. Owners and global admins see the whole team's connections; everyone else sees their own.
An owner can also turn connecting off for the whole team on that same screen. New connections are then refused and anything already connected stops on its next question.
Answers come from your own Claude, ChatGPT or Grok account, under that provider's terms. MyOps keeps a record of every question a connector asks on your team's behalf, including the team, the person and the tool used, and a separate record of every document read, so a team owner can see what was asked and what was read.
A scanned document with no readable text layer is transcribed by an outside service before your assistant sees it. Documents that already contain readable text never leave MyOps for this.
Accounts that use two-step verification cannot connect yet.
