When you add a listing, a blank commission and a 0 commission mean different things.
Blank means the commission is not known yet, or is to be decided. MyOps shows Unknown.
0 means the commission really is zero. MyOps saves it as 0.
Click + New Listing.
Find Listing agent commission and Buyer's agent commission.
Type the rate if you know it. Type 0 only if the commission is really zero. Otherwise leave the box empty. The form says: "Leave blank if unknown or TBD."
Create the listing. You can fill in the rate later by editing the listing.
Note: Contracts are different. The New Contract form asks for both commissions, because a signed deal has them.
