The Agent role is for people who should see their own production and nothing else.
Agent is a permission level, not a job title. Owners, Global Admins and Admins who sell are agents on their deals and on the leaderboard too; their role only gives them more to see.

Their own production and sales data
Buyer needs, properties, open houses, tasks, and notes assigned to them
No access to Commission Allocation
No access to Sales Allocation
No access to My Agent Earnings
No access to business-level financial widgets or reporting
No access to team-wide financial data
The Owner can grant an Agent more in Settings, Manage Team, under Permissions, without changing their role.
Agents only see information directly related to their own transactions and performance.
