MyOps has four roles. The Owner decides who can see sensitive money information.
From most access to least:
Owner
Global Admin
Admin
Agent
A role is what someone is allowed to see and do in MyOps. It is not their job title. An Owner, a Global Admin or an Admin who sells is still an agent on their deals, on the leaderboard and in every report. The role only decides what they can see beyond their own production. Choose Agent for people who should see their own production and nothing else.
Every person also has an access state: Full access (can sign in, a billed seat), Roster only (on the team and in every report, no sign-in, no charge) or Archived (no longer on the team, records kept). A Roster only person is always an Agent. See "Change a team member's access".
Business earnings widgets and business-wide expenses are visible to the Owner and Global Admins.
My Agent Earnings is visible to the Owner. Global Admins and Admins see it only if the Owner allows it.
Everyone sees their own earnings and their own expenses.
The Owner turns on My Agent Earnings for a person in Settings, Manage Team.
Either the person's role does not include it, or the Owner has not turned it on for them.
