Closed Transactions: Total number of completed deals, counted in units. Shows the current total, deals closed this month, a YTD comparison vs. last year, and a growth percentage. Track weekly against your monthly goals to gauge momentum.
For an individual agent, units follow one rule everywhere in MyOps (this card, the Units Sold widget, and the Agent Leaderboard):
Representing one side of a deal (the listing or the buyer) by yourself counts as 1 unit.
Representing both sides of the same deal (a double-ended sale) counts as 2 units.
Co-listing a deal with another agent splits that unit in half between the two of you, unless your business has turned off unit splitting in Settings, in which case the lead agent keeps the full unit and the co-listing agent gets 0.
Splitting sales volume or commission with another agent (an allocation) never changes unit counts. Only the agent recorded as the deal's lead counts a unit; allocation payees still get their share of volume and commission.
Because of the half-unit rule, your Closed Transactions count can land on a number like 4.5. Owner and Admin views of business-wide totals are not affected by unit splitting: they count 2 for every double-ended deal, which matches the sum of everyone's individual units.
Gross Commission Income (GCI): Total commission earned before splits or deductions. Shows total GCI, this month's amount, a YTD comparison vs. last year, and a growth percentage. Use it to monitor income trends and seasonal patterns against revenue goals.
Pending Commission: Future income from deals under contract. Shows total pending commission, average commission per transaction, a percentage change indicator, and a clock icon for pending status. Use it to forecast income and plan cash flow. A related Pending Sales Volume card shows the total dollar volume of those same under-contract deals.
Pending Commission and pending sales volume are live snapshots of what is currently under contract, not filtered by the time period selector. Because of that, their percentage change compares today's pending total to what was pending at this same point one year ago, rather than to the previous period the way Closed Transactions and GCI do. Hover the percentage to see what it's comparing against.
For deals with more than one agent (co-listings, referrals, or other split arrangements), the pending volume and commission shown here reflect your allocated share of the deal, not the full deal amount. If the deal has no explicit allocation set up, the full volume is credited to the primary agent until one is added. This matches how the same deal is credited once it closes, so your pending and closed numbers stay consistent.
Click the Pending Commission or Pending Sales Volume card to open a deal-by-deal breakdown. Any deal with no commission allocation entered yet shows an amber flag next to its address and contributes $0 to the total, since there is nothing to allocate yet. Owners, Global Admins, and Admins also get a notification once a pending or closed deal has gone unallocated for a few days, linking straight to the contract so the allocation can be entered. See the Notifications section under Settings to turn that notification on or off.
Both the Pending Commission and Pending Sales Volume cards carry a comparison chip, such as "vs this time last year". When you are viewing the current period, the chip compares today's pending pipeline to the pipeline one year ago today. When you switch to a past period with the time filter (a prior month or quarter, for example), the chip now follows that selection instead of staying anchored to today: it compares the pipeline as it stood at the end of the selected period to the same moment one year earlier, and the label updates to show the exact date being compared, for example "vs Jun 30, 2024". Hover over the chip to see the "as of" date the snapshot is anchored to.
Deals that have no commission allocation entered yet show $0 in Pending Commission. In the pending income breakdown modal (click the Pending Commission or Pending Sales Volume card), those deals are flagged with an amber icon so you can spot them and add the missing allocation on the contract.
When you select a past period (a prior month, quarter, or year) instead of the current one, Pending Commission and Pending Sales Volume reconstruct the pipeline as it stood at the end of that period, rather than showing today's live numbers. The comparison label under each card updates to match, for example "as of Jun 30, 2025" instead of "vs this time last year," so the chip always describes what it's actually comparing. Viewing the current period keeps showing today's live pipeline, unchanged.
Avg List-to-Sale Ratio: Pricing accuracy, comparing list price to final sale price. Shows the average percentage across transactions, total closed sales YTD, and a target icon. Higher is better; aim for 96% or higher.
KPI card amounts are shown rounded for readability (like $129K). Hover over any KPI value to see the exact dollars-and-cents figure in a tooltip.
Commission Earnings (Month over Month): Line graph of commission income trends, with this month's earnings, previous-period comparison, and growth percentage. Use it to spot seasonal patterns and income trends early.
Transactions (Month over Month): Line graph of deal volume, with this month's count, previous-period comparison, and growth percentage. Use it to track activity goals and identify busy vs. slow periods.
Commission by Source: Donut chart with total GCI in the center and a color-coded breakdown by source, showing dollar amount and percentage for each. Amounts in the chart are rounded (like $129K); hover over a slice or a legend entry to see the exact dollars-and-cents amount, along with volume and transaction count. The "All Commission Sources" dialog table also shows exact amounts for every source. Use it to focus your marketing budget on top performers and calculate ROI by source.
One slice, Team Overrides, is not a lead source. It groups commission you received on other team members' closed deals. Hover the slice (or the row in the full list) to see the explainer: those deals are not counted in your own transactions or volume, only the commission shows up here. The bucket stays even though it is not a real source, because removing it would break the tie between this chart's total and your My Earnings total.
Lead Source by Transaction Count: Donut chart showing how deals (volume, not revenue) are distributed across sources, with count and percentage for each and a "+X more" button for additional sources. Hovering a slice or legend entry shows the exact volume and GCI amounts. Compare against Commission by Source to find high-volume/low-value and low-volume/high-value sources.
Monthly Transaction Trends: Graph of monthly transaction volume with navigation arrows to move between months. Use it to identify seasonal patterns and set realistic monthly goals.
An overview of listing activity and performance. Filter by YTD, the current month, or This Week.
Listings Taken: New listings you have added. Tracks your acquisition rate against goals.
Listings Sold: Listings successfully closed. Monitors how many are converting to sales.
Listings Cancelled: Listings withdrawn or cancelled. Keep this low (under 5% is ideal); a high rate may signal client-selection or expectation issues.
Conversion Rate: (Listings Sold ÷ Listings Taken) × 100. Aim for 30% or higher; a lower rate may point to pricing or marketing issues.
Cancel Rate: (Listings Cancelled ÷ Listings Taken) × 100. Keep it under 5% and review your client qualification process if it trends up.
The numbers don't match my expectations: Check which time period filter is active (YTD, Monthly, Weekly), confirm you're viewing the right metric (gross vs. net), verify all transactions are recorded, and allow recent transactions time to sync.
My pending volume looks lower than the deal's sale price: This is expected for co-listed or split deals. You are credited your allocated share of the pending volume, not the full deal amount, so the numbers here line up with what you will actually be credited once the deal closes. Check the deal's allocation setup if the split looks wrong.
My Pending Team Income shows $0 for a deal: Open the Pending Commission breakdown and look for the amber flag. It means no commission allocation has been entered for that deal yet. Add the allocation on the contract to clear the flag and start crediting the deal correctly.
The Pending Commission or Pending Sales Volume comparison chip didn't change when I switched periods: This is expected when you are viewing the current period; the chip always compares today's live pipeline to the same time last year. Switch to a past period (a prior month, quarter, or year) and the chip will re-anchor to that period's end date and update its label to show the exact date being compared.
A deal shows $0 in Pending Commission: Check whether that deal has a commission allocation entered on the contract yet. Until an allocation is added, the deal contributes $0 here and is flagged with an amber icon in the pending income breakdown. Owners and admins also get a notification nudge for deals like this; see the Financial settings article for details.
Pending Commission or Pending Sales Volume looks different after I changed the time period: This is expected. Viewing a past period reconstructs the pipeline as it stood at that period's end instead of showing today's live snapshot. Check the comparison label under the card, it tells you the exact date the numbers are anchored to.
The percentage on my Pending Commission card looks different from Closed Transactions or GCI: That's expected. Pending figures are a snapshot of today's pipeline, so their percentage compares to what was pending at this same point last year, not to the prior period selected in the time filter.
Charts are not displaying: Refresh the page, check your connection, clear cache and cookies, or try another browser. Confirm you have data for the selected period.
Conversion rate seems incorrect: Verify the time period, confirm listings are properly categorized, ensure cancelled listings are marked correctly, and contact support if it still doesn't match.
Commission by source is incomplete: Make sure lead sources are assigned to all transactions, check that historical data was imported, and verify source naming is consistent.
How often does the dashboard update?: In real time, as transactions and data are added.
What's a good list-to-sale ratio?: Generally 96% or higher, which shows accurate pricing.
What conversion rate should I aim for?: 30% or higher is healthy. If yours is lower, review your pricing strategy and marketing.
Why are my charts showing different trends than expected?: Check your time period filter; switch between YTD, Monthly, and Weekly for different perspectives.
Can I see data from previous years?: Yes. Use the time period filters and the chart navigation arrows.
What does the growth percentage indicator mean?: The green arrows and percentages show growth vs. the previous period (e.g., +100% means you doubled performance vs. last year). On Pending Commission, the percentage instead compares today's pending pipeline to what was pending at this same point one year ago, since pending numbers are a live snapshot rather than tied to your period filter.
Why does the Pending Commission chip say "vs Jun 30, 2024" instead of "vs this time last year"?: You are viewing a past period. The pending cards are snapshots of the deal pipeline, so when you select a period that has already ended, the chip reconstructs the pipeline as it stood at that period's end date and compares it to the same date one year earlier. Selecting the current period switches the label back to "vs this time last year".
Which lead source should I focus on?: Compare the Commission by Source and Lead Source by Transaction charts. The best sources have high revenue and reasonable volume; repeat clients typically have the highest ROI.
How do I improve my conversion rate?: Focus on better pricing, improved marketing, stronger client qualification, and consistent follow-up.
Why did my co-listed deal's pending volume change?: Pending volume for deals with more than one agent is now allocation-weighted, matching how closed deals are credited. If your share of the deal is 50%, you'll see 50% of the volume while it's pending, not the full amount.
Why does a deal show an amber flag in the pending breakdown?: It has no commission allocation entered yet, so it contributes $0 until one is added. Owners, Global Admins, and Admins can also get notified about these deals; see Settings > Notifications.
Why does the "vs this time last year" label under Pending Commission sometimes say "as of" a specific date instead?: That label changes when you view a past period. It tells you the pending pipeline is reconstructed as of that period's end, compared to the same reconstruction one year earlier, instead of comparing to today.
Why is my Closed Transactions count a decimal, like 4.5?: Co-listed deals split into half units when your business has unit splitting turned on, so your count can land on a .5. This matches the Units Sold widget and the Agent Leaderboard, which use the same rule.
Where can I see the exact dollar amount behind a rounded figure?: Hover over any KPI card value or Commission by Source chart amount. A tooltip shows the full dollars-and-cents figure.
What is the Team Overrides slice on Commission by Source?: It is commission you personally received on deals that another team member closed, for example an override or referral payout. Those deals belong to the other agent's transactions and volume, so they are not double-counted anywhere else on this dashboard. The slice exists so the chart's total still matches your My Earnings total.
