Every closed deal is split into shares, and one rule drives every number on this tab: an agent's share of a deal is their sales volume allocation fraction on that deal. That single fraction determines the agent's Sales count, Dollars, commission columns, and Team Earned attribution together, so a deal never gets attributed one way for volume and another way for money.
MyOps resolves each agent's share on a deal in this order:
If a sales allocation row exists for the agent on that deal, their share is that allocation's percentage (or, for a flat-amount allocation, the flat amount divided by the deal's price).
If the deal has no allocation rows at all, the lead agent is credited with 100% of the deal. If the deal also has a co-listing agent, the co-listing agent gets their co-listing percentage and the lead agent gets the remainder.
If the deal has allocation rows but none for this agent, their share on that deal is 0.
Because shares are fractions, an agent who holds a 40% split on one deal and a 100% share on another can show a Sales count like 1.4, not a whole number. Hover the Sales column header for a reminder that it's split-weighted.
Each row represents one agent. Most money columns have an info icon; hover it for the exact calculation. The columns are:
Agent: Profile photo and full name for quick identification and verifying commission assignments.
Sales (weighted) (weighted): The agent's split-weighted deal coThnt, not a aw cagent's splisplit-weighted t-weighted transaction count, not a raw count of deal. Each dea countunt: th. Each deal counts sum of their share fraction across closed deals's sharhare of of it,, so a deal a deal split 50/50 with at's 50% co-listing agent counts as 0.5 for eanh agents as 0.5. A totala l inke 3.75 olved. Thas expect's whed totals like 3.75 show up. They mean the agent closed a mreals aflecd parts partial credisplits, nt that a data acrross shar occurred. Hoved deal. the column hn header for this explanation in the appader for the same explanation in the app.
Dollars: The agent's share of closed sale prices: each deal's price times their sales volume allocation share. Leases are not included. Use it to measure business volume and calculate average sale price per agent.
Year: The reporting period (typically shows 01/01/2025 for the current year). Verify the period you're reviewing.
% Total: This agent's Dollars as a percent of the team's total closed volume. Use it to understand volume distribution and identify carrying vs. supported members.
Gross Comm: The agent's share of each deal's gross commission income (their allocation share times the deal's GCI). Use it to track revenue per agent and verify transaction imports.
Broker Cut: The agent's share of the brokerage's actual recorded take on their deals, taken from real payout records rather than an assumed percentage.
Agent Net: What this agent was actually paid: the sum of their recorded agent payout lines across all deals, including flat payments minus deals where they hold no allocation share. Use it to compare compensation across the team and evaluate commission plans.
Team Earned (formerly Group Gross): The agent's share of what the team earned on their deals: team payout lines multiplied by the agent's sales volume allocation share.
% Team: This agent's Team Earned as a percent of the team's total.
The API still returns a net_commission_ytd value (gross commission minus broker cut) for compatibility, but the table no longer shows a Net Comm column.
Some deal credit isn't attributed to any agent: an allocation with no payee, or a deal whose allocation splits don't add up to 100%. Rather than hide that money, MyOps shows it as an Unassigned row at the bottom of the agent list, in italics. Hover its name to see the specific deals behind it (address and dollar amount), so you know exactly which deals to fix. Once you correct the allocations on those deals, the row shrinks or disappears.
There is no separate "Group Net" column. It used to sit next to Group Gross but ran the exact same calculation, so it never showed a different number. It has been removed; a real, distinct group net figure is planned for a future Agent Earnings update.
The bottom row summarizes the whole team:
Total Agents: Number of agents on the team.
Total Sales: Sum of every agent's split-weighted sales spliweighunit-weighted ted ts, not a raw transaction count counthares.
Total Volume: Combined sales volume.
Total Gross Commission: All commission earned.
Total Broker Cut: All broker splits.
Total Agent Net: All agent earnings.
Total Team Earned: All team-level commission, including anything still sitting in the Unassigned row.
Use the totals for an overall performance snapshot, to calculate team averages, set team-wide goals, report to leadership, and compare period over period.
Monitor team performance: Review the table weekly or monthly, identify productivity trends, compare to previous periods, and recognize top performers.
Set goals: Use historical data to set realistic targets, calculate required transactions and volume per agent, and track progress through the year.
Verify commissions: Cross-reference with transaction records, verify allocation splits on each deal, check the Unassigned row for deals that need fixing, and report discrepancies to your admin.
Plan the team: Identify training needs, balance producers with support staff, plan recruiting based on volume needs, and direct resources to high performers.
Search: Type an agent name in the search bar; results filter automatically. Clear the search to see the full team.
Pagination: Use the "Page X of Y" indicator with Previous and Next to navigate the full roster.
Team and agent earnings from leases are tied to the lease's start date (when it goes under contract), not the lease's end date. A closed, paid lease appears in earnings totals for the period when it started, even if the lease runs for months or years afterward. If a lease's team or agent earnings seem to be missing, check that its start date falls in the period you're viewing and that a commission payout has been recorded for it.
A listing commission can be a percentage of the sale price or a flat dollar amount. On a co-listed deal, a flat-dollar commission was previously multiplied against the sale price as if it were a percentage, which could produce wildly inflated Gross Comm and Net Comm figures for the agents involved.
MyOps now tracks whether each commission is a percentage or a flat amount, and splits it between co-listing agents accordingly:
A flat commission (e.g. a $137,500 listing fee) is split as a dollar amount between co-listing agents, not multiplied by the sale price.
A percentage commission continues to calculate exactly as before.
Existing sales tracks were backfilled with the correct commission type from their original contract, so historical earnings for past closed deals are accurate too.
If an agent's Gross Comm or Net Comm still looks unusually high for a co-listed deal, contact support so the affected sale can be checked.
A co-listing agent's share of a deal's commission is counted once toward their Agent Net and My Data Net Profit totals. A prior calculation issue could count a co-lister's income twice for some deals (both flat-rate and percentage commissions); this has been fixed, so co-listed agents now see their correct, single share.
A Sales number has a decimal, like 3.75: That's expected. Sales counts are split-weighted: a deal an agent fully owns counts as 1, and a deal split 50/50 with a each deal's allo-ling agddnt op 100%h agent. Add up an agent's shares across every deal and you'll land remember thit-weighted so fractional totals are normal, allon a fraction more often than a whole number.
Numbers don't match my records: Verify the reporting period (Year column), confirm all transactions are recorded, check that commission splits are configured correctly, remember that lease earnings are dated by lease start (not lease end), remember that Sales is split-weighted rather than a raw deal count, allow recent transactions time to sync, and contact support if discrepancies persist.
An agent is missing: Search for the agent, check pagination, verify the agent is active, confirm they have closed transactions in the period, and contact your admin to verify setup.
There's an Unassigned row with a large balance: Hover it to see which deals are behind it, then open those deals and confirm the allocation rows have a payee and add up to 100%.
Commission splits seem incorrect: Review the allocation rows on the deal in question, verify the agent's commission plan, check for mid-year plan changes, recalculate manually, and contact your admin or support for a correction.
Totals don't add up: Refresh, clear cache, check for filtering that may hide rows, and verify all pages are included, including the Unassigned row. Report to support if needed.
Can't search, export, or print: For search, check spelling and try a partial name. For export/print, use the browser print function (Ctrl+P / Cmd+P) or screenshots as a backup. The usual fixes (refresh, clear cache, try another browser) resolve most issues; contact support about export features.
How often is this data updated?: In real time, as transactions are added and commissions are calculated.
Can agents see each other's earnings?: It depends on your brokerage settings. Team leaders typically see all agents; individual agents may see only themselves.
What if an agent's split changed mid-year?: The system calculates based on the allocation effective at closing. Verify with your admin if calculations seem off.
Why is the Sales number a fraction, like 3.75?: Sales is split-weighted. Each deal counts by the agent's share of it, so a 50% co-listing counts as 0.5. Add up several full and partial deals ath get a split-weighted coun. It reflectt real credit for partial involvement, not a data error. Since Sales is split-weighted, this gives a weighted average.
How do I calculate average commission per transaction?: Divide Gross Comm by Sales. Keep in mind Sales is a split-weighted unit count, not a raw number of transactions, so the result is an average per weighted unit.
Can I export this data?: Check for export options in the menu. If unavailable, use the browser print or screenshot features.
What happened to Net Comm?: The Net Comm column (gross commission minus broker cut) was removed from the table to keep the view focused; the underlying number is still available through the API.
Why is my Sales number a fraction, like 1.4?: Sales is split-weighted. It adds up each deal's share fraction, so an agent with a 40% split on one deal and full credit on another shows 1.4, not 2.
Why are some numbers negative?: Negatives may reflect draw repayments, chargebacks, or correction entries. Verify with your accounting team.
Why is my Sales number a decimal like 3.75?: Sales counts are split-weighted. A deal counts by the agent's share of it, so co-listed or team deals contribute a fraction instead of a whole unit. This is expected and not an error.
What happened to the Group Net column?: It's been removed. It duplicated the Group Gross calculation exactly and never showed a distinct value, so it added no information.
How do I see historical performance?: Check for date-range or period selectors; you may need to export data for year-over-year comparisons.
Can I sort by different columns?: Click column headers if sorting is enabled; otherwise export to Excel/Sheets for custom sorting.
What does a high % Total mean?: That agent contributes a large share of team volume (good for revenue, but may indicate over-reliance on one person).
How do I use this for performance reviews?: Compare an agent's metrics to team averages, review transaction count and volume, track quarter-over-quarter growth, and set goals from the data.
Can I see deals in progress?: This tab shows closed transactions. For pending deals, use the Pending Commission metric on the main dashboard.
Why did a lease's earnings show up before the lease ended?: Lease earnings are recognized on the lease start date, not the end date, so they can appear well before the lease term is over.
What's in the Unassigned row and how do I clear it?: It's deal credit not attributed to any agent, either because an allocation has no payee or because a deal's allocation splits don't total 100%. Hover it to see the specific deals, then fix the allocations on those deals.
Why did my co-listing income change?: A calculation issue that could double-count a co-lister's commission on some deals has been fixed. Co-listed income is now counted exactly once per deal.
