Sales Tracker

A real-time view of active, pending, closed, and expired listings and contracts, with search, sorting, and detail views.

The Sales Tracker provides a real-time overview of all active, pending, closed, and expired listings and contracts across your team, giving full visibility into your business at a glance.

Key features

  • Real-time overview of listings and contracts across your team

  • Search by agent, property address, or status

  • Sort by any column in ascending or descending order

  • Select and delete listings or contracts

  • Open a detailed view for any transaction

Search functionality

At the top of the page, a search bar allows you to quickly find sales records by:

  • Agent

  • Property address

  • Status

Sorting options

The Sales Tracker can be sorted using the following columns:

  • Agent

  • Property address

  • List price

  • Purchase price

  • Status

  • Buyer

  • Seller

  • Referral percentage

  • Co-list percentage

  • List date

  • Date under contract

  • Closing date

  • Expiration date

  • Lead source

Clicking any column header sorts results in ascending or descending order, making it easy to surface the most recent or most relevant activity.

Clear All Sorts

  • Use the Clear All Sorts option to reset all sorting selections.

  • This helps avoid overlapping or confusing views when multiple sorts have been applied.

Row selection and deletion

  • On the far left-hand side of each row, a selectable checkbox is available.

  • Selecting one or more checkboxes enables the option to delete listings or contracts from the Sales Tracker when needed.

Viewing sales details

  • Click on any property address to open the detailed view for that specific listing or contract.

  • This provides deeper insight into individual transactions directly from the tracker.

Columns shown

Each row in the Sales Tracker table also displays a Lead Source column, showing where the sale originated (when available). If no source is recorded, the column displays a dash.

Lease contracts show Landlord and Tenant

For contracts created as a lease, the Buyer and Seller columns display Tenant and Landlord instead. This happens automatically whenever a contract is submitted with landlord or tenant representation, so lease deals are always labeled correctly, and lease-specific timeline logic (based on the under-contract date rather than a sale closing date) applies to that row.

Purpose

The Sales Tracker is built to:

  • Centralize listing and contract data

  • Provide real-time business visibility

  • Enable fast navigation and management of sales activity
