The Listings section is your complete property management workspace in MyOps, where you create, track, and manage every real estate listing. Find it in the sidebar under My Systems.
What's in this section
- Active Listings View: Your main table of all current listings, with search, sortable columns, and quick actions.
- Archived & Cancelled Listings: Manage inactive properties across three categories: Expired, Archived, and Cancelled, including relisting expired properties.
- Adding a New Listing: Three ways to add a listing: document upload, manual entry, or a client intake form.
- Managing Listings: View, edit, cancel, and delete listings.
Key concepts
- Active vs. inactive: Active listings live in the main table. When a listing expires, is archived, or is cancelled, it moves to the Archived/Cancelled area.
- Three ways to add: Upload a document for AI auto-population, enter fields manually, or send an intake form for the client to complete.
Action buttons: Each listing row offers quick actions:
- Arrow icon (View): Opens full listing details in read-only mode.
- Pencil icon (Edit): Opens the listing in edit mode so you can update any information.
Getting started
- Open Listings from the sidebar under My Systems.
- Review your active listings in the main table.
- Use the search bar to find a specific property by address.
- Click Archived/Cancelled to view inactive listings.
- Click + Add a New Listing to create a new entry.
- Use the pencil (edit) and arrow (view) icons to work with a listing.
Best practices
- Search, don't scroll: Searching by address is far faster than paging through listings.
- Update promptly: Keep listing details current and accurate.
- Monitor expirations: Sort by expiration date weekly to stay ahead of renewals.
- Cancel vs. delete: Use cancel for withdrawn agreements; only delete genuine errors.
- Use relist: Reactivate expired listings with Relist instead of recreating them from scratch.
Tip: Use the search function instead of scrolling through pages. It is much faster for finding specific properties.
