The Properties page is your property database in MyOps, where you manage and track every property in your portfolio, whether it is an active listing, a pending sale, a pre-market opportunity, or an inactive property.

Getting started
- Navigate to Properties from the sidebar under My Systems.
- Review all properties in the main table.
- Use the Show: dropdown to filter by status.
- Use the search bar to find a specific property.
- Click + Add Property to create a new record.
- Use the action buttons (pencil icon to edit, arrow icon to view) to manage a property.
Tip: Filter by status to focus on specific property types. Use "Active" to see only current listings, or "Pending" to monitor deals in progress.
Property status categories
Each property carries a status badge that shows where it sits in its lifecycle:
- Active (blue badge): currently on the market, actively marketed and shown, and available for purchase.
- Pending (yellow badge): under contract, no longer actively marketed, and working toward closing.
- Inactive (gray badge): not currently on the market, often a past listing or an off-market property.
- Pre-Market (gray badge): a coming-soon listing that is not yet publicly available, still in the preparation phase, and open to exclusive showings.
Search and filter
- Search by address: type any part of an address to filter results automatically. Search is case-insensitive and supports partial matches.
- Filter by status: use the Show: dropdown to view "All Properties" or narrow to a single status.
Column sorting
Click any column header to sort:
- First click sorts ascending (A to Z, or lowest first).
- Second click sorts descending (Z to A, or highest first).
- Third click removes the sort.
Bulk selection
Select the checkboxes next to one or more properties to perform batch operations, a faster way to manage many records at once.
Status workflow
A property typically moves through this lifecycle:
- Pre-Market: the property is being prepared.
- Active: the property is officially on the market.
- Pending: the property is under contract.
- Inactive: the property has sold or been withdrawn.
Note: Properties can move between statuses as situations change. For example, a pending deal that falls through can return to Active.
