The Properties Table View is your primary workspace for managing the entire property database. It displays every property with key information at a glance, so you can search, filter by status, sort, and act on your portfolio quickly.
Comprehensive table of all properties with color-coded status badges
Agent profile photos and assignments, plus price display
Lead Source column showing where each property originated
Status filter dropdown and address search (also matches lead source)
Sortable columns and pagination with a rows-per-page selector
Quick action buttons (edit, view) and checkbox selection for bulk actions
Open Properties from the sidebar. The table loads showing all properties.
Use the Show: dropdown to filter by status.
Use the search bar to find a specific property.
Click column headers to sort.
Use the action buttons to edit or view a property.
Page through results if you have many properties.
Checkbox: Selects rows for bulk actions. Check individual rows (or use "select all" in the header if available), then run a batch operation such as status change, agent reassignment, delete, or export.
Property Address: Shows the agent profile photo plus the complete address (street number and name, city, state, ZIP, and country if applicable). Use it to identify properties at a glance and match them to buyer needs. Keep addresses complete, consistently formatted, and matching official records; include unit numbers for condos and townhouses.
Agent: The full name of the agent assigned to the property. Sort by this column to group properties by team member, track individual inventory, and balance workload. Keep assignments current and used for commission and lead tracking.
Price: The property or listing price, shown abbreviated (for example $1.3M = $1,300,000, $500K = $500,000, $2.7M = $2,700,000, $625K = $625,000). Sort to see price ranges, match buyer budgets, and spot outliers. Update prices when they change and document reductions.
Lead Source: Shows the name of the source that generated the property (for example a referral, a website, an ad campaign, or another origin your team tracks). If a property has no recorded source, the column shows a dash. Sort by this column to review where your inventory is coming from, and use search to find properties tied to a specific source.
Status: A color-coded badge showing the current status:
Active (blue): On the market, actively marketed, open for showings and offers.
Pending (yellow): Under contract, offer accepted, working toward closing, not actively marketed. Can still fall through.
Inactive (gray): Off-market: sold, withdrawn, or a past listing.
Pre-Market (gray): Coming soon: not yet publicly listed, in preparation or exclusive preview.
Open the Show: dropdown (top right).
Choose an option: All Properties (default), Active, Pending, Inactive, or Pre-Market.
The table filters automatically and the page count updates.
Select All Properties to clear the filter.
When to use each filter:
All Properties: Complete portfolio view and total inventory count.
Active: Current listings to show buyers; marketing and pricing review.
Pending: Deals in progress; monitor the closing pipeline so none stall.
Inactive: Sold and past listings for historical reference.
Pre-Market: Coming-soon listings; coordinate exclusive showings and build interest before launch.
Click the Search properties address... field at the top.
Start typing the address, or any part of the property's lead source. Results filter automatically as you type.
Clear the search to restore the full list.
Tip: Search is case-insensitive and matches partial addresses as well as lead source names. Use a street name for broad results, add the city for specific matches, try a ZIP code for an area, a property number for an exact match, or a source name to find properties from that lead source. For example, "Palm" finds "Palm Ct Ln".
Click any column header to sort.
First click sorts ascending (Address/Agent A-Z, Price low to high, Status alphabetical, Lead Source A-Z).
Second click sorts descending (the reverse).
Third click removes sorting. A sort indicator appears on the active column.
Common uses:
Price ascending: Lowest-priced first; match entry-level inventory to buyer budgets.
Price descending: Highest-priced first; review luxury inventory.
Agent: Group properties by team member to review individual inventories.
Status: Group by status type to see all Active or Pending together.
Lead Source: Group properties by where they came from to evaluate which sources produce the most inventory. Properties without a recorded source sort last.
Check the "Page X of Y" and "Showing 1 to 10 of 331 results" indicators at the bottom.
Use the pagination buttons: First (⏮), Previous (◀), Next (▶), Last (⏭).
Adjust the Rows per page dropdown (10, 25, 50, or 100). More rows means less paging.
Check the boxes next to the properties you want (or use "select all" in the header if available).
Use the bulk action buttons. Common options: change status, assign to agent, delete, or export.
Clear selections by unchecking; selections also clear after an action completes.
View details: Click the arrow icon in the Action column (if visible) to open the full property page. Use the back button to return.
Edit: Click the pencil icon in the Action column (if visible) to open the edit form with current data. Common edits: update price, change status, modify details, or update the agent assignment, then save.
For most display, search, sort, filter, status-color, and pagination issues: refresh the page, clear your browser cache, and try a different browser. Beyond that:
Properties not displaying: Check the Show: filter, clear any search, and confirm you aren't on a different page of results.
Search not working: Try different terms, remove special characters, and test exact vs. partial address.
Sort not working: Clear active filters and click the column header again.
Status colors not showing: Verify the data in the detail view; it may be a display-only issue.
Lead Source shows a dash: The property does not have a source recorded. Add one from the property's edit form if your workflow tracks this.
Pagination not working: Check your internet connection. If it persists, contact support.
How many properties can I have in the database?
Typically unlimited. Pagination keeps large databases efficient.
What's the difference between Inactive and Pre-Market?
Inactive means it was on the market and is now off it (sold or withdrawn). Pre-Market means it's coming to market soon but hasn't launched.
Can a property have more than one status?
No. Each property has one current status. Update it as the situation changes.
How do I see only my properties?
Sort by the Agent column to find your name, or use search. Check for an agent filter option if available.
Can I export the properties list?
Look for an export button, or use checkboxes with bulk export. Contact support if it isn't available.
What if a pending contract falls through?
Edit the property and change status back to Active if relisting, or Inactive if withdrawn.
Should I delete properties or mark them inactive?
Mark as Inactive rather than delete, so you keep historical records.
How do I know when a property changes status?
Status updates are manual. Set reminders to check pending properties and update them when closed.
Can I see when a property's status was last updated?
Check the detail view for a "last modified" or "updated" field.
What if I have properties in multiple markets?
All properties appear in one table. Use search to filter by city or ZIP for a specific market.
Can multiple agents be assigned to one property?
Typically one primary agent. Check the detail view for co-listing agent fields if applicable.
How do I match properties with buyer needs?
Review the buyer's criteria, then filter or search properties by location, price, and beds/baths to find matches.
What is the Lead Source column for?
It shows where a property originated, such as a referral or marketing campaign, so you can track and sort inventory by its source.
