Roles Overview

How roles work in MyOps: the four access levels and how the Owner controls financial visibility.

MyOps uses four roles with escalating levels of access, and the Owner keeps full control over who can see sensitive financial information.

The four roles

MyOps has four roles, listed here from the most access to the least:

  • Owner
  • Global Admin
  • Admin
  • Agent

Financial visibility

  • Financial widgets related to business earnings are visible only to the Owner and Global Admin.
  • Financial and allocation data is intentionally restricted because of its sensitive nature.

Owner-controlled sections

Three sections are preset to OFF by default:

  • My Agent Earnings
  • My Business Expenses
  • My Listing Expenses

Only the Owner can enable these sections, and only the Owner decides whether to turn them on for Global Admins and Admins.

When a section is not visible

If a section is not visible, it means one of the following:

  • The user's role does not permit access, or
  • The Owner has not enabled that permission.

Note: Owners retain full control over financial visibility and permissions in MyOps.
