The MyOps dashboard is the first page you land on, giving you a single view of your top navigation, left-hand navigation panel, business performance metrics, and agent leaderboard. This guide tours each area so you know where everything lives.
Top navigation bar with AI questions, notifications, and an account menu
Left-hand navigation panel with pinned shortcuts and main sections
Center dashboard showing sales volume, units sold, expenses, and net profit
SMART goal tracking and an interactive performance graph
Agent leaderboard summary and full leaderboard reporting
Fully responsive layout that adapts to phones, tablets, and desktops
Sign in to MyOps to open the dashboard.
Use the top navigation bar to ask questions, check notifications, or open your account menu.
Use the left-hand navigation panel to move between sections.
Review your performance metrics and leaderboard in the center of the screen.
The main menu toggle appears as a four-lines icon. Click it to minimize or fully expand the left-hand navigation icons. On smaller screens, this same icon opens the navigation as a collapsible menu so it doesn't take up screen space.
The AI bar sits at the top of the screen and is used to ask AI-powered questions. Type your question, then select Ask Maria to submit it.
Click the bell icon to view all notifications. Tabs include:
Unread Notifications
Archived Notifications
Click Settings to manage notification preferences and control what you are notified about.
Click your headshot in the top right to open the account menu. It includes:
Settings, which opens your account and business settings.
Invite & Manage Members, which jumps to team management. This item only shows for Admins, Owners, and Global Admins.
Theme, a switch that toggles Light Mode and Dark Mode without closing the menu.
Download Our Mobile App, which opens the mobile app page in a new tab.
Log Out, which ends your session.
The theme toggle used to be its own sun icon in the top navigation bar; it now lives inside this menu.
Customize quick-access shortcuts to the areas of MyOps you use most.
The panel groups your work into main sections:
My AI
My Team
My Systems, which includes Open Houses, Finances, Listings, Contracts, Buyer Needs, and Property
Use the arrow icon to expand or collapse all system items.
The Team section includes:
Vendor List
Access Instructions
Sales Tracker
Shared Notes
Password List
Tasks
This section can be minimized or expanded using the arrow.
My Classroom sits at the bottom of the navigation panel.
The center of the dashboard displays key business metrics:
Current Sales Volume
Units Sold
Expenses
Net Profit
View performance data by:
Month
Quarter
Year
If SMART goals are entered, your progress toward those targets is displayed directly on the dashboard.
Hover over the graph to view:
Month-over-month performance
Quarter-over-quarter performance
Year-over-year performance
Statistics are shown for all four key metrics.
The dashboard leaderboard displays the top six agents and shows:
Total sales
Units sold
Pending sales volume
Admin Accounts view collective team data.
Agent Accounts view individual, agent-specific data only.
Sort by:
Pending Sales Volume
Sold Volume
Transaction Count
Filter by:
Month
Quarter
Year
Owners and Global Admins viewing team-wide totals see the full value of every pending deal.
For an individual agent, Pending Sales Volume reflects that agent's allocated share of each deal, not the full deal value:
If a deal has explicit sales allocations (for example, a 50/50 co-listing split), the agent's volume is their allocated portion, whether that allocation is a flat amount or a percentage.
If a deal has no allocations at all, the full volume counts toward the primary listing agent.
If allocations do not add up to the full deal, the unallocated remainder counts toward the primary listing agent.
This keeps an agent's Pending Sales Volume consistent between the leaderboard, the main dashboard, and the pending income breakdown on the Finances page, since co-listed or shared deals are no longer counted at full value for every agent involved.
Click View Full Agent Leaderboard to access detailed reporting.
For each agent, the leaderboard shows:
Agent Name
Average Sales Price
Volume Sold to Date
Pending Sales Volume
Active Listing Volume
Total Sales
Switch between List View and Square (Grid) View.
Click an agent's headshot to view all closed sales for the year. Details include:
Property Address
Agent Name
Sales Price
