Each row represents one agent. The columns are:
Agent: Profile photo and full name for quick identification and verifying commission assignments.
Sales: Number of transactions closed by the agent. Use it to track productivity and identify top performers by volume.
Dollars: Total sales volume (in dollars) generated by the agent. Use it to measure business volume and calculate average sale price per agent.
Year: The reporting period (typically shows 01/01/2025 for the current year). Verify the period you're reviewing.
% Total: The agent's percentage contribution to total team sales volume. Use it to understand volume distribution and identify carrying vs. supported members.
Gross Comm: Total gross commission earned before any splits. Use it to track revenue per agent and verify transaction imports.
Broker Cut: The portion of commission that goes to the broker. Use it to understand split arrangements and verify calculations.
Net Comm: Commission remaining after the broker split (Gross Comm − Broker Cut). Shows actual agent earnings before expenses.
Agent Net: The agent's final net earnings (take-home). Use it to compare compensation across the team and evaluate commission plans.
Group Gross: Gross commission at the group or team level. Use it to track team-wide commission and contribution to the brokerage.
The bottom row summarizes the whole team:
Total Agents: Number of agents on the team.
Total Sales: Sum of all transactions.
Total Volume: Combined sales volume.
Total Gross Commission: All commission earned.
Total Broker Cut: All broker splits.
Total Net Commission: All net commission.
Total Agent Net: All agent earnings.
Total Group Gross: All group commission.
Use the totals for an overall performance snapshot, to calculate team averages, set team-wide goals, report to leadership, and compare period over period.
Monitor team performance: Review the table weekly or monthly, sort by columns (if enabled), identify productivity trends, compare to previous periods, and recognize top performers.
Set goals: Use historical data to set realistic targets, calculate required transactions and volume per agent, and track progress through the year.
Verify commissions: Cross-reference with transaction records, verify broker split percentages, check calculations, and report discrepancies to your admin.
Plan the team: Identify training needs, balance producers with support staff, plan recruiting based on volume needs, and direct resources to high performers.
Search: Type an agent name in the search bar; results filter automatically. Clear the search to see the full team.
Pagination: Use the "Page X of Y" indicator with Previous and Next to navigate the full roster.
Team and agent earnings from leases are tied to the lease's start date (when it goes under contract), not the lease's end date. A closed, paid lease appears in earnings totals for the period when it started, even if the lease runs for months or years afterward. If a lease's team or agent earnings seem to be missing, check that its start date falls in the period you're viewing and that a commission payout has been recorded for it.
Numbers don't match my records: Verify the reporting period (Year column), confirm all transactions are recorded, check that commission splits are configured correctly, remember that lease earnings are dated by lease start (not lease end), allow recent transactions time to sync, and contact support if discrepancies persist.
An agent is missing: Search for the agent, check pagination, verify the agent is active, confirm they have closed transactions in the period, and contact your admin to verify setup.
Commission splits seem incorrect: Review broker split agreements, verify the agent's commission plan, check for mid-year plan changes, recalculate manually, and contact your admin or support for a correction.
Totals don't add up: Refresh, clear cache, check for filtering that may hide rows, and verify all pages are included. Report to support if needed.
Can't search, export, or print: For search, check spelling and try a partial name. For export/print, use the browser print function (Ctrl+P / Cmd+P) or screenshots as a backup. The usual fixes (refresh, clear cache, try another browser) resolve most issues; contact support about export features.
How often is this data updated?: In real time, as transactions are added and commissions are calculated.
Can agents see each other's earnings?: It depends on your brokerage settings. Team leaders typically see all agents; individual agents may see only themselves.
What if an agent's split changed mid-year?: The system calculates based on the split effective at closing. Verify with your admin if calculations seem off.
How do I calculate average commission per transaction?: Divide Gross Comm by Sales (number of transactions) for each agent.
Can I export this data?: Check for export options in the menu. If unavailable, use the browser print or screenshot features.
What's the difference between Net Comm and Agent Net?: Net Comm is after the broker split; Agent Net may include additional deductions or bonuses depending on your brokerage setup.
Why are some numbers negative?: Negatives may reflect draw repayments, chargebacks, or correction entries. Verify with your accounting team.
How do I see historical performance?: Check for date-range or period selectors; you may need to export data for year-over-year comparisons.
Can I sort by different columns?: Click column headers if sorting is enabled; otherwise export to Excel/Sheets for custom sorting.
What does a high % Total mean?: That agent contributes a large share of team volume (good for revenue, but may indicate over-reliance on one person).
How do I use this for performance reviews?: Compare an agent's metrics to team averages, review transaction count and volume, track quarter-over-quarter growth, and set goals from the data.
Can I see deals in progress?: This tab shows closed transactions. For pending deals, use the Pending Commission metric on the main dashboard.
Why did a lease's earnings show up before the lease ended?: Lease earnings are recognized on the lease start date, not the end date, so they can appear well before the lease term is over.
