Closed Transactions: Total number of completed deals. Shows the current total, deals closed this month, a YTD comparison vs. last year, and a growth percentage. Track weekly against your monthly goals to gauge momentum.
Gross Commission Income (GCI): Total commission earned before splits or deductions. Shows total GCI, this month's amount, a YTD comparison vs. last year, and a growth percentage. Use it to monitor income trends and seasonal patterns against revenue goals.
Pending Commission: Future income from deals under contract. Shows total pending commission, average commission per transaction, and a clock icon for pending status. Use it to forecast income and plan cash flow.
For deals with more than one agent (co-listings, referrals, or other split arrangements), the pending volume and commission shown here reflect your allocated share of the deal, not the full deal amount. If the deal has no explicit allocation set up, the full volume is credited to the primary agent until one is added. This matches how the same deal is credited once it closes, so your pending and closed numbers stay consistent.
Avg List-to-Sale Ratio: Pricing accuracy, comparing list price to final sale price. Shows the average percentage across transactions, total closed sales YTD, and a target icon. Higher is better; aim for 96% or higher.
Commission Earnings (Month over Month): Line graph of commission income trends, with this month's earnings, previous-period comparison, and growth percentage. Use it to spot seasonal patterns and income trends early.
Transactions (Month over Month): Line graph of deal volume, with this month's count, previous-period comparison, and growth percentage. Use it to track activity goals and identify busy vs. slow periods.
Commission by Source: Donut chart with total GCI in the center and a color-coded breakdown by source, showing dollar amount and percentage for each. Use it to focus your marketing budget on top performers and calculate ROI by source.
Lead Source by Transaction Count: Donut chart showing how deals (volume, not revenue) are distributed across sources, with count and percentage for each and a "+X more" button for additional sources. Compare against Commission by Source to find high-volume/low-value and low-volume/high-value sources.
Monthly Transaction Trends: Graph of monthly transaction volume with navigation arrows to move between months. Use it to identify seasonal patterns and set realistic monthly goals.
An overview of listing activity and performance. Filter by YTD, the current month, or This Week.
Listings Taken: New listings you have added. Tracks your acquisition rate against goals.
Listings Sold: Listings successfully closed. Monitors how many are converting to sales.
Listings Cancelled: Listings withdrawn or cancelled. Keep this low (under 5% is ideal); a high rate may signal client-selection or expectation issues.
Conversion Rate: (Listings Sold ÷ Listings Taken) × 100. Aim for 30% or higher; a lower rate may point to pricing or marketing issues.
Cancel Rate: (Listings Cancelled ÷ Listings Taken) × 100. Keep it under 5% and review your client qualification process if it trends up.
The numbers don't match my expectations: Check which time period filter is active (YTD, Monthly, Weekly), confirm you're viewing the right metric (gross vs. net), verify all transactions are recorded, and allow recent transactions time to sync.
My pending volume looks lower than the deal's sale price: This is expected for co-listed or split deals. You are credited your allocated share of the pending volume, not the full deal amount, so the numbers here line up with what you will actually be credited once the deal closes. Check the deal's allocation setup if the split looks wrong.
Charts are not displaying: Refresh the page, check your connection, clear cache and cookies, or try another browser. Confirm you have data for the selected period.
Conversion rate seems incorrect: Verify the time period, confirm listings are properly categorized, ensure cancelled listings are marked correctly, and contact support if it still doesn't match.
Commission by source is incomplete: Make sure lead sources are assigned to all transactions, check that historical data was imported, and verify source naming is consistent.
How often does the dashboard update?: In real time, as transactions and data are added.
What's a good list-to-sale ratio?: Generally 96% or higher, which shows accurate pricing.
What conversion rate should I aim for?: 30% or higher is healthy. If yours is lower, review your pricing strategy and marketing.
Why are my charts showing different trends than expected?: Check your time period filter; switch between YTD, Monthly, and Weekly for different perspectives.
Can I see data from previous years?: Yes. Use the time period filters and the chart navigation arrows.
What does the growth percentage indicator mean?: The green arrows and percentages show growth vs. the previous period (e.g., +100% means you doubled performance vs. last year).
Which lead source should I focus on?: Compare the Commission by Source and Lead Source by Transaction charts. The best sources have high revenue and reasonable volume; repeat clients typically have the highest ROI.
How do I improve my conversion rate?: Focus on better pricing, improved marketing, stronger client qualification, and consistent follow-up.
Why did my co-listed deal's pending volume change?: Pending volume for deals with more than one agent is now allocation-weighted, matching how closed deals are credited. If your share of the deal is 50%, you'll see 50% of the volume while it's pending, not the full amount.
