Business Settings

How to manage business information, lead sources, team members, permissions, and impersonation from the Business section of Settings.

The Business section manages company details, lead sources, team members, and permissions.

Business Information

Manage your business details, including:

  • Business name

  • Business address

  • Business phone number

  • Brokerage cut (if applicable)

Lead Sources

Permissions

Only the following roles can add or manage lead sources:

  • Owner

  • Super Admin

  • Admin

Managing lead sources

  • Preloaded lead sources are included by default.

  • Click the X icon to delete a lead source.

  • Click the pen icon to edit a lead source name.

  • Click Update Lead Source to save changes.

Adding a lead source

  1. Click the green Add Lead Source button.

  2. Enter the lead source name.

  3. Save to apply changes.

Manage Teams & Permissions

Search & sort

  • Sort team members by:

    • Name

    • Email

    • Role

  • Use the search bar to quickly find a team member.

Account access

Click into a team member's account and choose:

  • Edit

  • Log In

  • Permissions

Note: Owners, Super Admins, and Admins can edit all accounts. Agents can edit only their own accounts.

Plan seat limits

Some plans cap the number of active team members. The Member plan supports up to 6 users.

  • If your business is at its seat limit, the Add Team Member button is disabled and shows how many users your plan supports.

  • To add another team member past the limit, either remove an existing user or upgrade your plan from Settings > Financial > Billing.

  • Agents and Admins who hit the limit see a message asking them to contact their team owner to upgrade.

Editing a Team Member

You can:

  • Upload or update a profile photo.

  • Edit:

    • Name

    • Email

    • Phone number

    • Role

Reset team member password

  1. Choose who receives the reset email:

    • The team member

    • The owner

    • Both

  2. Click Yes, Send Email.

  3. Click Update Team Member to save.

Impersonation (Owner Only)

  • Click Log In to impersonate another user.

  • An "Impersonation in Progress" message will appear.

  • Sessions last 30 minutes.

  • Click Reimpersonate to start a new session if needed.

Note: The user must have created a login before impersonation is available.

Overdue task reminders

Owners and admins can control overdue task reminders for the entire business.

Who can change this setting

  • Owner

  • Global Admin

  • Admin

How to enable or disable

  1. Go to Settings and open Reminders (under the Notifications section).

  2. Find Overdue task reminders.

  3. Turn the toggle on or off. The change applies to all tasks in your business.

What happens when enabled

  • Reminders are sent when a task becomes overdue at 1, 3, and 7 days past the due date.

  • Recipients include the assignee and, when available, the task creator.

  • Each checkpoint is sent once per task. Duplicate reminders for the same checkpoint are suppressed.
