To add another team member past the limit, either remove an existing user or upgrade your plan from Settings > Financial > Billing.

Go to Settings and open Reminders (under the Notifications section).
Find Overdue task reminders.
Turn the toggle on or off. The change applies to all tasks in your business.
Reminders are sent when a task becomes overdue at 1, 3, and 7 days past the due date.
Recipients include the assignee and, when available, the task creator.
Each checkpoint is sent once per task. Duplicate reminders for the same checkpoint are suppressed.
